“Welcome back to the channel today is wednesday march 7. 2018. And today i wanted wanted to cover with you not anything specific to the dji mavic air. Which i here in my right hand or the dji spark which i have here on the left.
If you re not familiar with these products. They re both made by dg. I got some previous videos made about these products. But what i wanted to talk to you today was more specific to the ddi forum.
What i ve noticed is there s a ton of information out there on the internet and a ton of youtube videos out there that have some great content. Some really good information. But i think they probably don t refer you over to the dji forum a lot of times. Because obviously they want to keep you on their channel.
They don t want to push you off their content. They want to keep you on their content as long as possible. But that being said if you want some really valuable information. Some great insight from some guys that really know the dji products well they own them they operate them they fly them just like i do and also you can get some direct interaction with the dji folks as well is check out.
The dti forum. There s a ton of great information out there so let me just step you through this real. Quick. If you you know just go to google your web browser put in dgi.
And what you ll need to do is create a user id and password..
The first time you log in but once you re logged gone to their home page. You ll see up along the top here you know consumer professionals. But on the right here you see support where it says support just click on that and then just scroll partway down the page and you re gonna see down here for them. When you click on the forum section.
There s a ton of great information in here and you would just go to the section for the product that you own if you own the spark you click here if you own the mav pro or thematic heir. Any mavic product. They have it all wrapped under this single heading here the phantom inspire osmo. There s tutorials here actually.
While i m there let me look so if you go to the tutorial section. There s a ton of information about how to fly your different products and let me see. If it s so here we go mavic air tutorials. Learn to fly you ll find information in here.
There s one for unboxing. But a bunch of your first flight quick shots. Whole sections just on quick shots. Smart capture active track.
It goes through all these tap fly a pass with the technology is tripod cinematic modes. A ton of great videos in here so if you ve not creating an account on the dji forum. I d strongly recommend a ton of great information and like i said depending on which product. You own you just select from that given section.
And there s a ton of really great individuals on here that post regularly as you can see i post..
Some information here some of the other folks on here really really good let me see if i go to videos and photos let me go to the main page first to go to the main page. They ll actually post content on their home page here that you upload it s really good and they like it they ll post. It here so anything that you see here is usually pretty good or recommend that these are bait by different folks like myself you can see some of my videos are in here. But other folks as well so there s one gentleman on here right here mario under mario s films.
He makes some really good content as well. If you haven t seen them check them out. And what you ll find is next to each one of these posts depending on who posts. It like mario posted this one raised the video he made if you ll see here on the left.
Which products they have sofie owns a mavic heir or you or he owns the mavic pro or however many products. He owns when he registers them they show up here. So you get an idea of what products. He has familiarity with just because he he flies them so if you go to mind for example.
There s a video. I posted you ll see i got the mavic air and the spark and this is where i just posted one of the videos. It s going to come up so a lot of great information. They also run programs on here.
So this is share your dusk to dawn photos. So. If you ve got pictures or videos. This little contest of running you can post the information here sometimes they have giveaways or some sort of most mostly a giveaway.
They don t sometimes post specifically..

So it s just a good way to get if you ve got some content. The great pictures great videos you ve taken a great week to get some exposure and post your information. Here. They also got a free trial program that they were doing so these were some of the winners from the free trial program.
As you post information that people reply to the information. You re posting. You ll see it here and a little bell. So i ve got one reply listed here.
I can click on that and i can see can pm people personal message. People. It s just a great place to share information. But also get information so if you have a specific question about your spark and like i said i can t you know you may post something to my videos.
But i obviously i m not on this online. All the time and maybe post something else someone else. But they don t get back to you right away. This is a great there s always somebody on these forums.
So if you have a question you can always post your information under the specific heading so for sparks right..
If you have a spark question and go under discussions right work at a hardware issue or software issue. You could post your information. There. And i m fairly certain you re going to get a number of responses from different individuals.
That are actually very knowledgeable and can probably give you a ton of information so again just if you re not aware this forms a great police place to get information you also find the dgi admins or on here sometimes as well so if you have trouble with your spark or with your advocare or any other product. They can always advise you or point you in the right direction. You know what you may need to do as far as a replacement or send in files from your mavic air spark or where we own to get information that you need offloaded maybe. There s a problem.
It s not responding properly. We re getting an error message or something like that they can they can help you navigate what you might need to do as well so i ve been on the swarm for a while and i found it extremely helpful. I don t want to make this video too long again i couldn t fly today. But you saw i took my dog out and his name is loki.
I don t know if introduced him to you in previous videos. But he loves the snow and hopefully in the next couple of days. We ll get some clear weather. I ll be able to take take these products out get some more footage for you guys appreciate you watching if you re an active subscriber.
