I look and now we re gonna do a video on well an updated video on what s in my work bag so i know i did one last year with a glitter keep speed bag i really want the ii believe it s on on the go gm bag. But then i figured you know what pretty rough on my work bag. So i got the kate s fiat. I think is called eva if it s not right i will put it in the description okay.
But this bag here i love her blush pink is my absolute favorite color and the beauty of this bag is that it came with its own little pooch. It will eva tony cheering up i have one of those who don t even trip and the inside is much pink and it s reversible. So you have to looks and one or three if you take push it off. But yeah.
It s nice and updating everything so let s get started so because of this whole coated nineteen that s going on which is wearing everyone down okay. I ve had to modify my bag. Quite a bit alright. So let s start with the outside okay.
So i received this as a christmas present so i got my is leaner by the way not a peanut butter peasant. Okay to hook things up to the shape of a pineapple because anybody that knows me knows i love pineapples. So it s a hand sanitizer holder okay with a little snap. So that way you can be refilled alright and this by the way it smells like straight vodka not a fan.
However i do which daughter says that she s 12. So anyways you gotta do what you gotta do right on the outside here again. I carry my beats headphones with me okay. So i have the wireless beats.
Because whenever i conduct my sessions. My via telehealth. I do it wirelessly so i happy over the years ones. It s nice cachoeira.
But anyhow it s real comfortable. It has built my beloved. I also keep it because sometimes you know your ears get hot with the over the headphone ones. So i have the in ear.
Once again dude..
You don t judge me. But these are at the rose gold eats in ear ones. Too so sometimes i may have to switch to my ipad. Which is in here by the way which i can also conduct telehealth with or to the computer works a scenarios at this guy s okay or if i m on the go for some reason.
It s not going to connect. Because you know how bluetooth be sometimes you know in case. You know again the over the ears. One your headphones died and the inner ones after a while because our metal the casings metal.
It does hurt the inside of you beer. So i will plug this into the over the ear headphones and we don t have to turn it back on or charge. It it ll plug it and it have the volume control here or music and the volume to order the calls. It s done and i ll plug this into the computer.
And i keep an auxiliary cord. Only because the speaker asked my little beep speaker than i do keep in here. We had a presentation purport one day for an in service. And there was no speaker that was loud enough on the laptop.
So i found this cord. I had the cord and then i pulled it out quick speaker and we all were able to you know go on with the meeting. I don t know if i was hate or not because the meeting continued. But it was important was one on it and of course within the couch.
Yet again it s nice it has a little button hook. Thing here it s very elegant i keep some important things here some medications. I thought it had the name of the put the bag in here but another chord i just upgraded to the samsung galaxy s. 20 altra 5g say that five times fast and it has the c plug okay.
And then i also have another cube just in case. All right. Because cubes. Apparently are a commodity at work all right so the inside of the bag is actually a lot neater roomier.
Which is why i upgraded to this bag. But it s a lot neater than my other bag was okay so with everything that s going on alright. So friend harry sooo. Harry superboy.
I m actually not carry okay yeah..
So she made me this mask. And it has a butt or a button slid on the inside like a pocket. So where i can put some filters in there. So i have actually a can 95 mask.
It is an authentic rated can i need my mask okay. That s put in here. So that way i have the little metal part go around my nose. You last.
It here and i m working on getting some ear savers made right now or i may just crash. And if i find big enough buttons. I ll just make some see how funny i am. But this is my mass.
I go to use for work every day and then i have a replacement one just in case. And this is what the mask looks like that s shoved into this mask. Here. Okay.
It has the little elastic sphere and everything okay all right so i carry five gum. I love this gun. This gun is so awesome and i of course go big or go home right. Sometimes you know you know you just don t want your growth ring.
Great because i have you know what my white dog is everywhere so i hear you went where we re with me i didn t have one in the car. We re a lot of life. I wear a lot of black and any time. I wear anything dark so like this for example.
He hasn t seen it yet. But i m sure if i go downstairs to sit down and chill out. He s gonna be all over me and all right i carry wet ones with me cancer bacterial ones just to wipe down and along with the hand sanitizer because you don t know what you re going to be touching right especially to chlorine in the bathroom. Let s say worst case scenario.
There s no soap. I don t have my hand sanitizer. I ll have these worst case scenario to where my hands off wipe things down eating whatever so they work. I like that too because it s got the the wet lock seal.
And it s resealable and it s not that flimsy that you get for mostra syllable..
Things. It s like a hard plastic almost like a lid. But not really i ve been getting a lot of headaches lately. I m sure it s stress related.
So i have my naproxen with me and the medication that i get or that i had in this pouch. Are my migraine pills. My tried and true of eight speakers chorus again while in office and stuff. And it s part of my therapy.
I use the speakers. I play music for my own music therapy. I also use it as an adjunct for soundproofing or i guess for when i do have conversations with patients when they re inside in person sessions. Even with the you know the telehealth and over the headphones and stuff or crank.
I ll still play some music just not as loud all right i have my this is my belkin my two and one charger. My cue okay again cubes are commodity. We have a sound maker or a sound machine at work somebody took the freaking cube off so thankfully. I have an extra one it s really pretty pink and you know that way we can use a sound maker.
But this again has a charge too it s a mini usb. This is for the headphones. Because that s what the headphones are as a mini usb and then i had this for my ipad mini. But i have my headphone set up so that way it s charging with the black cord and i have a prop of my desk.
Where i can put my ipad mini on and that charges so it s like it s a beautiful setup and then i have a light. So that s a set up there i have a power. Bank which is 20000. Mah okay.
So this has been charged my phone up to eight times full charge. Which is nice. I got it for that i just in case them for anything else i have next up is my wondrous planner. The infamous planner.
I have a video on how i set this up and it s specifically or also dropped my pencil. My scheduling pencil it s specifically for my appointments and such so. I have the breakdown. There so just all right so.
Here is my ipad mini 3..
I believe with my kate spade cover like because it s got the little stand. And it works out perfectly for whatever i m doing telehealth worst case scenario. If there s something wrong with the main computer desktop computer. Ok.
So like i said. I have a propped up on my desk. Long together. You know the plugs and it hooks up there.
Too. With my headphones. I have my notebook that feet loveland. Melissa gave.
Me this was for my work. When i did some school base for a little bit respira. I keep this folder just in case to you with my patient. If you don t know what chris fear is i could do a little presentation on it as well.
But basically if you have ptsd or anxiety with a panic disorder. This is something as a mindfulness based type tool. Which will help minimize or ultimately decrease and stop the panic attacks and the hyperventilating symptoms okay so maybe i ll do a presentation on that and last. But not least is my folder with some pieces in here about like young brain.
Any type of training plans treatment plans extra forms that i need i keep that with me as well and so now that is wonderful. It s leather and it s reversible. So that s it that s what s in my new work bag or my newer work bag course michael and i m saying i try to keep it simple. But you know it works out for me.
